From thoughtful renovations to ground-up construction, Stevenson Building Group transforms residential spaces through intentional design, disciplined construction, and a deep understanding of how people actually live.

Our approach

More Than Construction.
A Better Way to Build.

At Stevenson Building Group, we believe a successful home begins long before construction starts.

It begins with understanding how the space needs to function, what the property can become, and how thoughtful design and construction decisions can work together.

Our approach combines residential construction, renovation, interior design, project management, and development into one cohesive process.

Whether we are reimagining an existing home or building from the ground up, every decision is made with intention.

Exterior Transformations

Mid City Ranch Transformation

Baton Rouge, Louisiana

A dated brick ranch with good bones and no presence. The exterior was reworked from the roofline down: a new covered entry, limewashed masonry, black windows, and a disciplined landscape plan that gave the house a front door worth walking up to.

Creating Homes Where Opportunity Already Exists

Some of the best residential opportunities begin with properties others overlook.

Vacant lots, outdated houses, distressed homes, and underutilized properties can become quality residential inventory when approached with the right vision, design strategy, budget, and construction plan.

Stevenson Building Group combines development thinking with hands-on construction execution to help bring these properties back into productive residential use.
